Welcome to Erland Essentials! Your one-stop-shop for quality work gear.
Employee Dress Code While it is understood that construction is often a messy business, we are a professional construction management firm that provides services to our clients on a high level. It is important that we maintain our client's confidence by being as professional as possible in our appearance.
Field Erland Requirements:
Long pants (preferably khakis)
Shirt with at least a 4” sleeve (shirts should either have an Erland logo or no logo at all and must not display offensive language or images)
Work shoes or boots
OSHA Requirements:
Erland Hard Hat
High-visibility shirt, vest, or jacket
Other PPE as required
*it is expected that all above items should be presentable and not torn or excessively soiled upon an employee’s arrival at the worksite
Office
Our current attire is business casual Monday through Thursday. Proper attire includes blouses, shirts with collars, sweaters, and dress pants and shoes. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, halter tops, tank tops, and/or beach sandals are not acceptable. Jeans and sneakers, with no holes or tears, are permitted on Friday only. Sandal-type shoes are acceptable (no "flip-flops"), but employees who wear open-toed shoes do so at their own risk. Client interviews and office visits will warrant attire that is more formal.
Please contact Danielle Pikus at dpikus@erland.com if you have any questions or concerns.
