What is a shopping cart?
We've provided a shopping cart to hold all your Koko FitGear Store gear while you shop. When you're ready to check out, the items you've selected will be all set to order.
How do I place an order?
When you see an item you'd like to buy, simply select the desired size, color or other relevant information and click on "buy item." The shopping cart holds all your items (which can be changed or removed at any time) until you are ready to purchase. Once you've finished shopping, select "checkout." Then, just follow the instructions to place your order. It's that easy!
Which credit cards does Koko FitGear Store shopping accept?
Your Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and American Express cards are all welcome.
Are my payment and purchasing information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Our secure server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology developed by Netscape, and works with most Web browsers that support SSL, including Netscape and Internet Explorer. SSL is the current standard for secure Internet transactions. This server encrypts information, keeping it private, protected, and safe to transmit over the Internet. Any encrypted information cannot be read in transit, and once received it is housed in a protected realm that can only be accessed by Koko FitGear Store authorized customer service personnel. Koko FitGear Store will not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone.
What if I want to return or exchange something?
Our return policy is simple. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and therefore have a return policy up to 30 days from the order date. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective merchandise at no charge, recipient is responsible for freight to us and back out on exchanges. All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge, and must include a return authorization number clearly marked on the package. Please call our office for RA #'s. Returns must be sent back to Koko FitGear Store Fulfillment via UPS, FEDEX or USPS; shipping method must be traceable. Discontinued items are not returnable.

We apologize, but we are unable to accept returns for international orders due to the high cost of freight, duties and taxes.

If you have any questions, please call (800) 449-6822. You can expect your refund or exchange within three (3) weeks from the date you mailed your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.
Does Koko FitGear Store merchandise come with warranties?
Some products are backed by manufacturer's warranties. Refer to the product package contents for manufacturer's warranty information.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We charge the appropriate sales tax in Massachusetts and Connecticut only. Your order verification will reflect an estimated sales tax charge. However, the actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local sales taxes.
How can I find my correct size?
Some items will display their individual size charts when ordering. For general use, please see the charts below to find the right fit.

What are the costs for shipping & delivery?
Shipping costs are computed based on the total dollar amount and/or the shipping weight of merchandise ordered. This amount is automatically calculated in your order total. The shipping cost schedule is shown below:
Freight will be available at current rates from USPS, UPS and FedEx. You will choose your desired method from the drop-down list during checkout.
When can I expect my order?
  • In-Stock Items: within 15 business days of ordering.
What is the shipping process for Koko FitGear Store merchandise?
Most items ordered from Koko FitGear Store are shipped directly to you from the Koko FitGear Store fulfillment warehouse. However, large items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx Tracking for most orders. You pay only the standard delivery shown during checkout unless special handling arrangements have been made on your part. Standard Delivery is available within the continental United States only. International shipments will be charged actual freight cost, plus a delivery surcharge of $25.00 will apply. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so please be sure to provide a U.S. street address or proper shipping instructions for your region when you order.
In nearly all cases, Koko FitGear Store products are available at the time of order. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day. If your entire order is not available, you will be notified.
Will I be notified if my item is back ordered?
If there is to be any extended delay in shipping your complete order, we will notify you of the status of the remaining items.
How do I redeem a Koko FitGear Store promo code?
Just place your order and proceed to checkout and you will be prompted to enter your promo code information. There is also a link to supply your promo code at the bottom of each page.
What if I'm unhappy with my Koko FitGear Store Online Store experience?
Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Return anything purchased from us if it is damaged in anyway and we will replace it.
