Delivery
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly. Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, there may be times when you need to return your product and we have devised our returns procedure to be as simple and understandable as possible.
Unwanted Products
We will be happy to refund or exchange your unwanted product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. If you wish to return any goods please call 1-800-449-6822 to obtain the returns address.
Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt in their original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
You will have to pay for the return postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Responsibility for Returned Goods
Please note: Any goods returned are the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by a registered or recorded method. Gosling's cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge incurred in delivering the returned product will also be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
